Calendar Tips:
1.
Allow enough time for planning,
typically one year is standard, so
you will be able to secure your
favorite vendors and not be rushed
into any rash decisions.
Naturally, planning a wedding can be
done in less time - however
extremely stressful. Enjoy the
moment.
2.
Avoid other family members',
friends' or close family friends'
weddings by at least two weeks.
You don't want anyone to feel like
they have to cut their honeymoon
short in order to participate in
yours.
3.
Select two potential dates to work
with. If you're particular
about certain elements, (the
location, officiant or time of
year), flexibility with your dates
are essential.
4.
Note that popular wedding months
like May, June, September and
October could limit your choices for
venues and vendors.
5.
Take into consideration pregnant
family member's and close friends
due dates - especially if they're
part of the bridal party.
6.
When the date has been decided,
start spreading the word among key
family and friends so they don't
inadvertently plan another important
function on your date.
Happy
Planning!
